About "Beadle's Feed Store":

I decided to brand this jelly after my Grandfather's feed store that used to be located in downtown Lafayette. (Merritt Beadle; yes, his last name was Beadle!)

Lafayette is the heart of Acadiana, also known as "Cajun country," a region in Southwest Louisiana rich in cultural history, love of nature, and love of food. I combine this passion for place, nature, and food in every batch of beetle jelly I produce.

About Steven Barney:

I have been collecting and breeding beetles for over 20 years. I have tested countless varieties of beetle jelly and for many years have been the main source of Japanese beetle jelly in America.
